The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Reservations Agent to join our Frankfurt / Mörfelden-Walldorf team. In this role, you'll manage customer enquiries and cargo reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cargo reservations using various booking systems
• Handle customer enquiries and provide quotations
• Support commercial and sales-related activities
• Perform general administrative duties
• Conduct post-flighting and create flight files
• Prepare build instructions for ground handlers
• Coordinate road transport and cargo handling

Your Profile

• Fluent in German and English if possible Vietnamese
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment
• Must be legally eligible to live and work in Germany
• Available for 40 hours per week
