Our company is expanding its facility service operations to include hygiene monitoring and quality assurance services. We aim to work with food production facilities, medical laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance and Hygiene Specialist to support this expansion and help implement hygiene standards and quality management systems.

Your main tasks:

• Monitoring hygiene and sanitation standards in serviced facilities (healthcare, laboratories, food-related environments)
• Assisting in development and implementation of quality management systems according to DIN EN ISO 9001
• Conducting hygiene inspections and preparing audit reports
• Ensuring compliance with German hygiene regulations and client requirements
• Training operational staff in hygiene procedures and proper use of disinfectants
• Identifying contamination risks and recommending corrective actions

Requirements:

Education: At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Zoology, Environmental Science, or any related relevant field

Experience:Relevant experience in hygiene, quality control, or laboratory work is advantageous

Language: Must have good English communication skills; German language skills are advantageous
