Technical Product Specialist (m/f/d) - Customer Demos & Market Launch

What will be your responsibilities?

• Plan, prepare, and deliver on-site customer demos for “Sharky” (with structured onboarding upfront: training and hands-on product onboarding for “Sharky”)
• Capture customer feedback in a structured way, document it, and feed it back to Product Management and R&D
• Support product and system tests as part of ongoing product improvement and evaluate results
• Provide organizational support for the market launch (processes, materials, demo setup, travel planning)
• Ensure safe transport and operation of the robot (including trailer towing)

What do you bring to the role?

• Driving licence class BE (required for transport)
• Technical curiosity and the ability to explain solutions in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel for customer appointments and demos
• Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus, but not required
