Responsibilities:

• Support lead generation by executing a range of marketing activities across digital and event channels
• Create and adapt copy and creative for social media, email, and paid campaigns based on briefs
• Ensure messaging clearly communicates customer benefits for Gilbarco Veeder-Root and Invenco products
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing colleagues to set up, monitor, and optimize paid and organic campaigns
• Verify tagging, tracking, and reporting are in place, and propose tactical adjustments based on performance data
• Manage placement of paid and owned content in relevant industry channels and coordinate with agencies or publishers as needed
• Work with commercial colleagues to produce distributor communications, including email campaigns and webinars, and hand over qualified leads
• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and events, ensuring activities align with messaging, timing, and audience needs
• Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Manager on event and supplier selection, as well as briefs, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor market and competitor activity in assigned regions and maintain campaign documentation, calendars, and performance dashboards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Event Management
• Proven experience in marketing content creation, including compelling copy for email and social media
• Experience managing agency and vendor relationships, especially for the production of marketing materials
• Experience planning and delivering events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars
• Fluency in English and German; additional European languages, especially Spanish or French, are an advantage
• Experience with channel marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing concepts
• Working knowledge of marketing technologies and collaboration tools such as CRM, social media management platforms
• Experience in an international industrial B2B environment, with the ability to support marketing campaigns and travel across Europe approximately 20–25% of the time
