About us

We are a small-sized subsidiary of the Delta Plus Group, an internationally recognized player in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Based in Germany, our structure consists of a 7-person team, operating in a dynamic, hands-on and highly operational environment.

As part of our development, we are looking for an Operations & Administration Manager to oversee the full scope of the subsidiary’s activities and act as the key interface between local teams and Group support functions.

Key responsibilities

As the cornerstone of the subsidiary, you ensure the smooth operational, administrative and financial running of the site, in line with Group standards and local requirements.

🏭 Operations & Supply Chain management

● Oversee logistics operations and production activities

● Ensure operational performance, quality and compliance of flows

● Manage procurement and ensure inventory accuracy (physical and system-based)

● Optimize workshop organization, lead times and productivity

● Coordinate with Group Supply Chain and Purchasing teams

● Oversee maintenance, safety, compliance and environmental requirements

💼 Administration & Finance

● Supervise accounting activities with the local accountant

● Ensure accuracy of financial data and Group reporting

● Contribute to budgeting, cash flow monitoring and invoicing cycles

● Coordinate with external partners (auditors, accountants, legal advisors…)

👥 HR & local management

● Manage day-to-day HR administration (contracts, working time, absences…)

● Participate in recruitment and onboarding

● Lead performance and annual review processes

● Act as local interface with Group HR teams

🤝 Customer service & sales support

● Oversee customer service and order administration quality

● Manage orders, tenders and customer data in the ERP

● Produce business analyses and key performance indicators

● Support the Business Development Manager

Profile

We are looking for a hands-on, structured and versatile professional, able to operate in an international and cross-functional environment.

✔ Experience

● Significant experience in a similar role (industry, logistics or international subsidiary)

● Strong operational and supply chain background

● Solid understanding of administrative and financial processes

● Experience in production environments, site management or continuous improvement is a plus

✔ Key skills

● Leadership and ability to influence without direct authority

● Strong organizational skills and reliability

● High level of accountability and prioritization skills

● Comfortable in fast-paced and demanding environments

● Structured mindset and continuous improvement orientation

🌍 Languages

● Fluent German is mandatory

● Professional English is mandatory

● 🧭 Reporting to EMEA Regional Management, in close interaction with Group functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
