Traineeship - Tourism Management

Position

Trainee working as a Study Abroad Coordinator for academic programs in European locations.

Start: October 2026

Duration: 12 months (traineeship)

Responsibilities:

• Expanding and cultivating contacts with companies or institutions who welcome our groups
• Budgeting and cost control
• Research and analysis on cultural and academic topics related to new study abroad topics and regions
• Evaluation of customer reviews

Requirements:

• Previous experience abroad and in the organization of events/group trips preferred
• Fluency in English, further language skills in German, French, Italian or Spanish preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills
• High level of teamwork and communication skills
