We are looking for a **Learning Experience Designer (m/f/d)** working 39h/week for one year as a parental leave substitute.

What you will do:

• Plan and analyze learning needs, identify knowledge gaps of the target audience needs and find the right solution
• Design and develop the learning materials, ensuring a positive learning experience
• Collaborate with different stakeholders’ departments to develop interactive learning materials suitable for different audiences
• Continuous improvement by collecting feedback, monitoring learning outcomes and incorporating changes into the learning materials

What we are looking for:

• Degree in the field of Education, Learning Technologies, Instructional Design or equivalent
• Min. 2 years of practical experience in the field of instructional design, learning experience design or related
• Solid knowledge of adult learning methods, as well as educational technology and methodology
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
