Stellenbeschreibung

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive (Inside Sales) to join our EUNO regional team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a strong foundation in enterprise technology sales. You will play a key role in lead generation, pipeline development, and supporting the regional sales team across the EUNO region.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with prospects and customers through calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads to support field sales
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and basic technical documentation under the guidance of senior sales staff
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Account Managers and Solution Architects
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and lead conversion activities
  • Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and support CRM data quality
  • Track and report on key sales metrics (activity, pipeline status, lead conversion)
  • Provide timely customer responses and help resolve basic commercial inquiries
  • Stay up to date with ALE’s product portfolio, pricing models, and vertical market positioning
Profile & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internship experience welcome)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of or interest in cloud communications, networking, or enterprise IT solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
  • Fluent in Germany, English,  and French is a plus
