We are looking for an experienced senior Program Manager to be responsible for delivering products for exciting new consumer electronics solutions in the Digital TV and Connected Home sectors to meet the business requirements, to specification, quality & time.

Responsibilities:

• To keep daily contact with customer R&D departments and with Skyworth in China.
• To understand the technical planning of the projects in accordance to customers’ needs and recognize potential technical risks of product delivery.
• To conduct performance tests of the products in each stage of the project.
• To actively coordinate and follow up on all discovered issues with the project team remotely.
• To communicate and ensure the customer requirements are been fully implemented during production development and mass production.
• To analyze the solutions defined by Skyworth in China, compare them to market needs, and propose improvements in both hardware and software.
• To provide post sales assistance for products returned from the field with quality issues and/or complains from final customers.
• To support Skyworth pre sales activities within the region.
• To plan and execute technical training sessions to actual and future customers.

Experience&Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role is mandatory.
• Well-versed in technical aspects of CPEs projects, mainly set top boxes, broadband, and IoT products.
• Deep understanding of CPEs hardware and software design guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail. · Outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work on projects with tight deadlines.
• Familiar with Agile Methodology and tools, including Jira, Confluence, Teamviewer, UltraEdit, Microsoft offices(word, excel, powerpoint, visio)
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.
• Availability to travel.
