In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and global supply chain operations. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can drive AI transformation, deliver strategic insights to top management, and shape the Samsung future digital roadmap in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive AI tool adoption to improve efficiency.
• Develop mid-to-long-term innovation strategies based on as-is/to-be roadmaps.
• Analyze DX industry trends and perform market benchmarking.
• Prepare concise, insightful SCM and logistics overviews, process mappings, and KPIs for top management decision-making.
• Manage data analysis, track project status, and follow up on action items.
• Monitor SCM KPIs against MBO targets and conduct monthly company evaluation simulations.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), or a related field with a strong analytical focus.
• Minimum 3 years in Innovation, Strategy, or SCM.
• Advanced Excel Poweruser capable of processing data with high speed and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and good knowledge of SAP SD / MM.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and strategic thinking skills. Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a multi-cultural environment.
• Fluent English and Korean (written and spoken) are mandatory.
