For our teams in Böblingen we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master (m/f/x) to support agile teams within a SAFe environment and enable the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum and SAFe practices, supporting Product Increment execution, managing dependencies and impediments and fostering effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will help drive team performance, delivery predictability and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with Agile and SAFe principles.
Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
- Support Agile teams in delivering committed Product Increment (PI) and Sprint objectives.
- Identify, track and help remove impediments, risks and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog.
- Facilitate and support SAFe events, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Monitor and communicate team progress, capacity and delivery metrics.
- Promote continuous improvement and adherence to Agile and SAFe practices.
- Foster effective collaboration between teams, stakeholders and other Agile Release Train (ART) participan
Your profile:
- 3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Practical experience working within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience supporting cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies and impediments across teams.
- Experience facilitating PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence, Miro.
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Experience in large-scale Agile delivery organizations.
