We are currently looking for a working student within our Product Solutions Team to help and support the team in successfully managing the fund life cycle within the scope of the relevant organisational and working instructions.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Support in the preparation of fund contracts / issue documents and annexes as well as coordination with in-house specialist departments and investors, international asset managers, custodians 

Preparation and coordination of other contractual components with external contracting parties, among others with regard to fee agreements, powers of attorney and cancellations 

Independent and accurate handling of administrative activities, such as correspondence and mail, return control, archiving, physical and electronic filing. 

Participation and support in cross-team projects and meetings with specialised departments

Support in setting up governance and control processes

Your skills and experience:

Language skills: English, German

Project management skills 

MS Word / Excel

Strong sense of responsibility

High degree of reliability

Organisational skills
