Für unseren Kunden, ein weltweit agierendes Pharmaunternehmen, suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung ab sofort einen Technical Assistant (m/w/d) Genomics.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

• Perform hands-on execution of genomics workflows, including DNA/RNA quality control (QC), NGS library preparation, and sequencing.
• Independently execute established and standardized laboratory protocols to ensure reliable and reproducible data generation including QC documentation and reporting.
• Support operation of lab automation systems (e.g., liquid handlers) and use digital tools (e.g., LIMS) for sample tracking and documentation.
• Contribute to day-to-day laboratory operations, including sample handling, NGS workflow execution, and maintaining lab processes.
• Assist in maintaining high quality and throughput of NGS workflows by following defined procedures and contributing to process efficiency.

Ihr Profil:

• Completed vocational training as a chemistry or biology lab technician plus several years of professional experience, or alternatively a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Genomics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or in a related field with initial professional experience.
• Proven hands-on, lab-based experience with bulk and/or single-cell genomics workflows (eg RNA-seq or single-cell RNA-seq) including DNA/RNA quality control, NGS library preparation, and sequencing.
• Experience in molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction, and PCR.
• Experience with modern lab automation (e.g. liquid handlers) and software (e.g., LIMS).
• Fluency in English and German, written and spoken.
• Highly motivated team players with a learning mindset, strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
