Task and responsibilities:

• Deliver procurement operations support for direct and indirect procurement, including aerospace parts, general goods, and services
• Create, release, amend, and manage purchase orders, including uplift requests and contract-related price changes
• Support RFX/RFQ processes, supplier communication, documentation, and receipt tracking
• Execute NDAs with vendors and maintain accurate procurement data in web-based systems
• Coordinate new vendor creation and vendor master changes with the Global Vendor Master team, including blocking, unblocking, and extensions
• Process sourcing-related tickets, provide regular status updates to internal users, and ensure agreed service lead times are met
• Support strategic procurement by progressing purchase orders and sourcing activities efficiently and accurately
• Follow standardized procurement processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused operations culture

Knowledge:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in procurement operations, operational buying, supplier management, supply chain, or a shared service environment
• Strong knowledge of transactional procurement, purchase order management, RFQ/RFX processes, sourcing support, and vendor master data
• Experience in direct and indirect procurement, supplier onboarding, vendor management, and procurement systems such as SAP, iValua, Coupa, or similar tools
• Ability to handle high-volume, repeatable tasks with strong accuracy, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English skills and a strong customer service mindset
• Proven ability to support cost reduction initiatives in procurement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Global mindset with the ability to work across different cultures, business environments, and standardized processes
