Stellenbeschreibung
The following challenges await you:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation.
- Analyze and translate business and HR requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end HR processes.
- Design, build, and maintain Business Rules to automate and streamline HR workflows.
- Support data migration, data validation, and system testing activities during implementations and enhancements.
- Document system configurations, business rules, integration specifications and process flows.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and innovations within the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
- Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and proactively recommend continuous improvements.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise and HR processes knowledge
- Deep understanding of Employee Central, Learning, Onboarding
- Strong knowledge of Business Rule creation and Role Based Permissions
- Experience with Data Protection and Data Retention Management
- Familiarity with People Analytics, Recruiting, and Succession modules is a plus Document Management systems like Open Text
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll or Time Tracking is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
