You’ll make an impact

• You support the preparation of the yearly budget, analyze the monthly performance, and coordinate efficiency together with the managers responsible for the cost centers for our department globally
• You evaluate and analyze department data to create detailed reports, presentations, and decision templates for the management, and you create overviews and analytics with different performance and KPI data
• You support and conduct quarterly global community calls for our department
• You support marketing and communication activitites for the department, and update and maintain the department SharePoint.
• You coordinate customer feedback survey and align workshop with respective parties for score improvement
• You maintain the inventory list of departments cost centers

Your defining qualities

• You are characterized by excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• You have excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and international teams
• You have analytics skills to be able to analyze data, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and have knowledge of analytic tools and AI
• You have first work experience and a bachelor's degree or higher
• Proficiency in German and English at different completes your profile
