What You’ll Be Doing

  • Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools.
  • Advanced Support: Provide Level 2 technical support and collaborate closely with senior engineering teams to resolve complex cases.
  • Client Consultation: Support and guide customers and partners through product-related inquiries and technical training.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions to help improve future products and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall customer experience and system performance.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Education: A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong analytical skills with a natural knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
