Job Description

• Definition und Priorisierung von Produktanforderungen für internationale Fachabteilungen im ERP-Umfeld
• Beratung von Stakeholdern zu strategischen und operativen Fragen rund um Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Übersetzung in klare, umsetzbare User Stories
• Verantwortung für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Produkt-Roadmap für das ERP-System
• Planung funktionaler und technischer Entwicklungsschritte in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Anforderungen und Prioritäten
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung des ERP-Systems durch Analyse von Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Beobachtung technologischer Trends und Bewertung neuer Lösungen für internationale Geschäftsprozesse
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Statusmeetings und transparente Kommunikation mit dem Management
• Präsentation von Produktupdates, Fortschritten und Entscheidungsvorlagen für relevante Stakeholder

• Consulting stakeholders on strategic and operational topics related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analysis of business requirements and translation into clear and actionable user stories
• Responsibility for maintaining and developing the product roadmap for the ERP system
• Planning of functional and technical development steps in close coordination with business departments
• Collaboration with development teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements and priorities
• Continuous optimization of the ERP system through the identification of improvement potential
• Monitoring of technology trends and evaluation of new solutions for international business processes
• Conducting regular status meetings and ensuring transparent communication with management
• Presentation of product updates, progress reports, and decision papers for relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Du bringst Erfahrung als Product Owner, ERP Consultant, Business Central Consultant oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit
• Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
• Du verstehst Geschäftsprozesse im internationalen Umfeld und kannst fachliche Anforderungen strukturiert analysieren
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung von User Stories, Produkt-Roadmaps und Priorisierungen
• Du arbeitest gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT, Entwicklungsteams und Management
• Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und adressatengerecht mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
• Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
• Du bringst Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Interesse an internationalen ERP-Projekten mit
• You have completed a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• You have experience as a Product Owner, ERP Consultant, Business Central Consultant, or in a similar role
• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable ERP systems
• You understand business processes in an international environment and can analyze business requirements in a structured way
• You have experience in creating user stories, product roadmaps, and prioritizations
• You enjoy working at the interface between business departments, IT, development teams, and management
• You have a good technical understanding and a solution-oriented way of working
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and appropriately with different stakeholders
• You have very good English skills for working with international business departments and stakeholders
• You bring initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and interest in international ERP projects
