We are a team specialized in designing and characterizing innovative pharmaceutical drug delivery systems as service to pharmaceutical companies based on a comprehensive portfolio of formulation and analytical techniques.

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join our team. Purpose of this entry-level position is to support the growing development of Pensatech Pharma's business activities. You will receive structured and detailed onboarding and training.

Your tasks:

• Researching and identifying potential customers and business opportunities
• Initiating first contact via email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Monitoring industry trends, market developments and competitor activities
• Use of AI-supported tools to support these and related business activities
• Attending relevant industry events and supporting follow-up activities
• Supporting online marketing and project management activities
• Creating content for E-Mails, LinkedIn, our website, presentations and whitepapers

Your profile:

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry or a related field; business degree with interest in our expertise or comparable qualification welcome
• 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or a pharma-related field
• No professional experience required – career starters/ newcomers are highly welcome
• Good communication, writing and networking skills; English required
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, self-motivation, structured way of working, team-player
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
