Our products are part of the Siemens Xcelerator for Grids portfolio, supporting the digital transformation of power utilities.

We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager for Services (f/m/d) who will take ownership of the development and full lifecycle management of service offerings within our Grid Software portfolio. The role focuses on driving digital transformation, enhancing performance, and fostering customer-focused innovation to continuously improve value for our clients.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Owning the end-to-end service portfolio lifecycle, defining, developing, launching, and retiring service offerings in close collaboration with Customer Services
  • Shaping go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and value proposition development for service products
  • Driving cross-functional alignment, working with Customer Services and Sales to ensure seamless delivery and scalable execution
  • Enabling customer success by designing onboarding, training, and support concepts that maximize adoption and satisfaction
  • Driving digital service innovation by introducing subscription-based models, predictive maintenance, and AI-driven analytics
  • Analyzing market dynamics and financial performance, identifying trends and competitors while managing revenue, profitability, and cost structures
  • Championing continuous improvement and external representation by enhancing services through KPIs and feedback, while acting as a Siemens thought leader at industry events and customer engagements

This is how you'll win us over

  • **Education:** Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Energy Engineering, or a related field
  • **Experience & Skills:** 
    • Proven experience in product management and/or service development, ideally within digital grid technologies or the energy sector 
    • Strong understanding of energy systems, power grids, and grid automation concepts 
    • Long-term experience in shaping and managing service or digital product portfolios 
    • Strong stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional and international environment 
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies; knowledge of the SAFe framework is a plus 
    • Experience in data-driven decision-making and translating insights into product or service improvements 
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
