The Danaher Business System Leader is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Danaher companies, allowing those sites to meet their Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. An Equipment Services DBSL is specifically responsible for the deployment of the appropriate DBS tools within the Equipment Services team in the EMEA region. The main focus area will be Service Commercialization and Service Growth. Other areas of impact include Sales, Finance, HR, Product Management, Business Development and others as determined by business needs. Ability to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally.

This position reports to the Senior Director, DBS, Equipment Services and is part of the Global Equipment Services based in EMEA.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with EMEA based service commercial and transactional leaders to meet business objectives and improve functional efficiency, productivity and growth. Provide coaching and guidance in the implementation of DBS processes and tools.
• Monitor and assess current quality performance to identify and assess opportunities for performance and process improvements. Proactively lead root cause/countermeasure resolution of commercial and transactional performance issues.
• Support Cytiva business functions in developing and achieving PD/Daily Management objectives. Ensure high DBS penetration throughout the Commercial and Transactional functions through productive kaizen events and seamless integration to PD/Daily Management
• Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching. Evolve and apply tools as appropriate to drive results. Facilitate training and Kaizens as appropriate.
• Drive targeted improvement across the regional and functional EMEA based teams aligned with the Equipment Services team objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3+ years of Commercial Service and Transactional Service experience
• BS or BA Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
• Mastery of a variety of DBS tools
• Demonstrated strong leadership experience and influencing skills, with success in driving results with DBS

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

· Ability to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Management/People leader experience
• Demonstrated commitment to DBS Fundamentals, holding a CP (Certified Practitioner) in VSM (Value Stream Map), TPI (Transactional Process Improvement), PSP (Problem Solving Process) or Daily Management (DM) and/or relevant Innovation/Commercial tools

• Die Geschäftsbereiche von Cytiva bei der Entwicklung und Erreichung von PD-/Daily-Management-Zielen zu unterstützen. Sicherstellen einer hohen DBS-Durchdringung in den kommerziellen und transaktionalen Funktionen durch effektive Kaizen-Events und nahtlose Integration in PD/Daily Management.
• Formelle und informelle DBS-Schulungen und Coachings direkt durchzuführen. Tools weiterzuentwickeln und gezielt anzuwenden, um Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Schulungen und Kaizen-Workshops zu moderieren.
• Zielgerichtete Verbesserungen in regionalen und funktionalen EMEA-Teams voranzutreiben, abgestimmt auf die Ziele des Equipment-Services-Teams.

Die grundlegenden Anforderungen an die Stelle umfassen:

• Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Commercial Service und Transactional Service
• Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor) in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Umfassende Kenntnisse einer Vielzahl von DBS-Tools
• Nachgewiesene starke Führungserfahrung und Einflussstärke sowie Erfolg bei der Ergebnissteuerung mit DBS

Reise-, Führerschein- und physische/Umgebungsanforderungen:

• Reisebereitschaft von 25–50 % national und international

• Führungserfahrung (Management / People Leadership)
