We're Hiring: Energy Support Specialist (Onsite – Berlin)

For one of our international clients, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, we are looking for Energy Support Specialists to join a dynamic and customer-focused team in Berlin, Germany.

What you'll do:

• Provide professional customer support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with residential energy products and services.
• Resolve technical and general inquiries efficiently.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.

What we're looking for:

• Fluent English (C1) is mandatory.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or Dutch is required in addition to English.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems
• A positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude.
