BLISSAIR, based in Bocholt, Germany, is an aviation company, providing customized air transport solutions and aviation services.
BLISSAIR stands for safe, fast, and comfortable private air travel worldwide, delivered through our own aircraft fleet as well as an extensive network of partner aircraft.
Our facilities in Bocholt have recently been expanded to include a CAE Full-Flight Simulator for the King Air B200 equipped with a Pro Line 21 cockpit. A second simulator is already in the planning stage.
The simulator provides a highly realistic representation of the aircraft and is certified to the highest qualification standard, Level D. This gives BLISSAIR a unique market position, as it is the only simulator of its kind in Europe.
To support the ongoing maintenance and operation of this simulator, we are looking for an enthusiastic aviation-minded team player to join us as soon as possible.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Electronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, a comparable technical qualification, or a degree in an engineering or technical field.
- Good computer skills, particularly with Windows operating systems and older computer hardware
- Good IT skills, basic network setup and understanding of network protocols.
- Familiarity with technologies such as RS-232, Ethernet, Fibre Optics and Microcontrollers.
- Ability to repair and replace hardware components, perform soldering and rework, troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and electronic faults, trace wiring and signal paths, measure and test electrical circuits using diagnostic equipment, interpret electrical schematics, and carry out component-level repairs
- Ability to work independently with a high level of personal responsibility.
- Knowledge of C++ programming language and experience in the aviation industry are an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written english
- Quick learner with strong teamwork skills, initiative, and enthusiasm.
- Strong interest in technical systems and aviation industry
Your Responsibilities
- Work as part of the simulator maintenance team.
- Independently perform maintenance and servicing of simulator hardware, including quality checks.
- Provide technical support during customer training operations.
- Analyze and diagnose faults, carry out repairs.
- Document maintenance activities, inspections, and quality checks.
