Technical Service Engineer – Europe (Full-time)

Location: Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide both remote and on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and technical solution delivery.
  • Support customers with product installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and return service processes, while providing professional technical guidance.
  • Develop and deliver technical service solutions based on customer requirements, ensuring services are executed in accordance with contractual agreements and technical standards.
  • Manage service tickets and repair workflows through the CSM system to ensure full traceability and efficient case resolution.
  • Review service and repair reports, validate technical findings, and communicate feedback to customers.
  • Coordinate service tools, spare parts, and testing resources to ensure efficient field service operations.
  • Deliver technical training and product knowledge sessions to customers when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Solid technical knowledge of LED display systems; experience in the AV (Audio Visual) industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and technical communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently on customer sites.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Native-level proficiency in Chinese and fluent English are mandatory; German language skills are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50–70%) across Europe for customer support, on-site services, and exhibitions.
