We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Asset Owner Relationship-Management DACH Department 2 that is a part of our area of Relationship-Management DACH. We are responsible for the relationship with Asset Owner clients from the DACH region, mainly corporates and pensions.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and achieve a good understanding of our clients’ needs
  • Act as primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Lead commercial negotiations and pricing discussions in alignment with company objectives
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profitability and retention targets
  • Represent Universal Investment at investment committee and service meetings, workshops and sales pitches

Your skills and experience:

  • Completed degree in economics/business studies or similar
  • A proven track record of experience in the fund industry
  • Established and stable institutional clients network
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with Institutional Asset Owner clients
  • Excellent commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, revenue growth initiatives, and strategic account management
  • Sound knowledge of fund operations, fund administration, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluently in German and English
  • High level of client focus, problem-solving ability, and commitment to delivering exceptional service
