This role serves as a strategic business partner to senior management while ensuring effective HR operations, labor relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
- Partner with plant leadership to support productivity, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage employee relations and maintain positive relationships with the Works Council.
- Ensure compliance with German labor law and company policies.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and payroll administration.
- Drive HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
- Lead organizational change and culture development programs.
- Manage and develop the HR team.
