Für unseren Mandanten suchen wir ab sofort einen Kandidaten wie Sie als Solution Architect PLM/ALM Systeme (m/w/d) in Aalen. Es handelt sich hier um ein international aufgestelltes Unternehmen aus dem technischen Industriesektor mit mehr als 5000 Mitarbeitern. Ihre Aufgaben

• Provide first to third level support for Polarion, SharePoint, and related applications, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and incidents
• Drive the continuous improvement and further development of applications to meet evolving business needs
• Implement and manage customizations and configuration changes to optimize application performance and usability
• Support and maintain interface architectures across diverse systems, including SMT-D, SMT-I, and CIT
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication between applications and external systems

Erforderliche Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science (m/w/d), Software Engineering (m/w/d), Business Information Systems (m/w/d) or a related field
• Extensive hands-on experience with Polarion, including consulting, implementation, customization, upgrades, and complex data migrations in international customer environments.
• Strong background as Solution Architect with focus on process architecture, IT integration, configuration, and extension of ALM/PLM solutions (incl. Siemens Teamcenter, SAP).
• Proven track record in designing and implementing customer-specific processes, configurations, and integrations, well aligned with administrative and application owner responsibilities.
• Solid technical support and service mindset, covering structured incident and requirement handling from first to third level, including OS, scripting, database, and virtualization topics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as an interface between business, IT operations, and development teams in complex, cross-functional projects across various industries.
• Fluent in German (native) and business-proficient in English.
