Projekt Leader (m/w/d)

What you will do

Projects:

• Facilitate assigned projects in terms of the given time and cost targets
• Creation of time schedules and cost estimations for budgeting the projects
• Provide support to  end-to-end project execution based on the department’s project management process
• Apply all designated projects processes, starting with project order until handover to the client
• Responsibility for the safety of the construction sites related to the projects on behalf of Nexperia. Project manager will become construction manager
• Close cooperation with the Facility Management operations team to align with the needs and demands of the existing supply systems. Preparation of technical data to be put into the internal tracking software  
• Take account of production requirements while having construction sites

Specialty Gas Installation Systems:

• Responsible for the standardization of specialty gas installations systems
• Update and Revision of the Nexperia Guideline for the Semiconductor-Compliant Installation of High-Purity Gases
• Ensuring the latest state-of-the-art technology is applied under consideration of required quality, safety, 24/7 production requirements and economic reasons
• Maintain and review the test protocol and welding procedures for contractors to ensure appropriate installation
• Owner of the guideline, training to the FM team and continuous exchange with contractors and suppliers

General:

• Main key stakeholders will be the Global FM Manager and Manager Projects within the Real Estate/Facility Management group, as well as the Site Manager and the Production manager of the site Hamburg
• Support of quality, safety, environmental and energy management systems according to the requirements of the standards IATF:16949, OHSAS:18001, ISO:14001 and ISO:5000

What you will need

• Masters degree in process engineering or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, working in a similar role
• Working experience in a comparable field is desirable
• Project management skills by using typical software such as MS Project
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point), knowledge of CAD software is desirable
• Quick comprehension of technically complex tasks
• Experience in semiconductor industries or comparable is a plus
• Strong communication skills due to varying requesters and the ability to listen precisely to the required needs
• Structured way of working is required
• Persistence, assertiveness, and determination are mandatory habits to meet the job requirements
• Fluent German and English
