 We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Reporting Specialist to join our Reporting & Real Estate Operations Team. In this role, you will implement individual customer reporting requirements. Join us in making a meaningful impact on our journey to success!

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and implementation of client-specific reporting projects.

• Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients, asset managers, and internal stakeholders regarding reporting topics.

• Analyze individual client requirements and develop tailored reporting solutions.

• Coordinate implementation projects for new mandates, fund structures, and reporting requirements.

• Ensure the timely and high-quality production of customized client reports.

• Facilitate collaboration with internal departments such as fund accounting, IT, operations, risk management, sales, client services, and compliance.

• Enhance and automate existing reporting processes and data flows.

• Support and implement changes within the reporting environment.

• Prepare presentations, status reports, and management updates for ongoing client projects.

• Promote a service-oriented and solution-focused collaboration within the team.

• Act as a subject matter expert on all reporting-related issues.

Your skills and experience:

• Several years of professional experience in reporting or project management within an investment management company, fund administration, or asset management

• Expertise in managing client-related projects and stakeholder management

• In-depth understanding of reporting processes in the fund industry

• Strong technical acumen

• High level of customer and service orientation, with a confident demeanor when interacting with external stakeholders

• Structured working style combined with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

• Proficient use of reporting and data analysis tools

• Excellent command of both German and English, both written and spoken

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
