Alliance & Partner Manager (all genders)

msg life is a leading provider of software solutions for Life insurers. Our platform supports insurers in modernizing their core systems, accelerating product innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enabling digital customer journey. 

As part of our international growth strategy, we are expanding our ecosystem of consulting, system integration, cloud, and technology partners. To professionalise and scale this ecosystem, we are looking for a hands-on **Alliance & Partner Manager (all genders)** who can build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships across Europe and beyond.

Your tasks

• You will develope, define and implement multi-year partner strategies and perform improvements continuously to support our long-term growth ambitions
• Through comprehensive partner acquisition, you will build and continuously develop a structured international partner network
• Also, you will guide the onboarding of individual partners, support the successful go-to-market of our solutions and maintain relevant KPIs for performance tracking and documentation
• You will identify and evaluate potential partners based on their and msg life strategic alignment and business potential
• You will ensure transparent communication and facilitate the exchange of information across all stakeholders by organizing governance meetings, maintaining trusted relationships with key decision-making bodies, and supporting contract negotiations
• You will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute joint initiatives, support co-selling activities, coordinate joint pipeline reviews, and participate in customer events
• In addition, you will oversee the reporting of all partner activities and prepare management reports

Your qualifications

• Several years of experience in alliance or partner management, or business development, ideally in the insurance, financial services, or enterprise software sectors
• Solid experience in Sales driven coversation, contract negotiations and building strong and consistent relationships 
• Experience in the insurance industry and with cloud ecosystems is a plus
• You have excellent communication skills, a confident and professional presence when interacting with customers, a high level of initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong network within the insurance industry and or financial service sector in the EU is a plus
• Excellent English language skills for working in an international environment

• This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape an international strategic partner ecosystem from the ground up. You will be responsible for the entire partner lifecycle.
• In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, this full-time position offers an annual salary within the range stated above, including a variable compensation component.
• This is a remote role with approximately 20–30% travel.
