Your Responsibilities:

• Lead international Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and automation projects from initial ideation and use-case development through implementation, rollout and enterprise-wide scaling
• Identify, assess and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases across Supplier Quality, Procurement, related business functions and multiple Business Areas
• Develop scalable digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, process transparency, standardization and data-driven decision-making while delivering measurable and sustainable business value
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including project roadmaps, business cases, key performance indicators, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate international, cross-functional and cross-Business-Area teams comprising business stakeholders, digital experts, IT specialists, process owners and external technology partners
• Translate complex business requirements and operational challenges into practical, scalable and implementation-ready digital solution concepts
• Contribute hands-on expertise in AI-enabled business solutions and intelligent automation to validate concepts, design prototypes, support pilot projects and accelerate successful adoption
• Apply Artificial Intelligence, AI agents, workflow automation and data technologies to optimize business processes and enable data-driven decision-making
• Promote the reuse of successful solutions, alignment across Business Areas and the sustainable integration of AI and automation technologies into existing processes
• Ensure that all AI-driven and automated solutions are implemented responsibly, securely and in compliance with relevant governance, data protection and regulatory requirements
• Drive organizational change and user adoption by communicating benefits, engaging key stakeholders and supporting the transition to new digital processes and technologies

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline
• At least three years of professional experience in project management, digital transformation, process optimization, automation or a related field within an international business environment
• Strong expertise in project planning and execution, including roadmap development, business case creation, KPI management, resource planning, risk management and stakeholder communication
• Proven ability to lead international cross-functional teams, coordinate external partners and successfully drive organizational and technological change
• Sound knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, workflow automation and data-driven business process improvement
• Ability to translate business challenges and functional requirements into scalable, practical and value-adding digital solutions
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, configuring, piloting or implementing AI-driven, automation-enabled or data-driven solutions beyond traditional project coordination responsibilities
• Strong practical knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks as well as relevant technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform and Robotic Process Automation
• Strong programming and data-processing skills using Python and SQL
• Strong practical experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud-based data platforms
• • Proactive, structured and innovation-driven working style combined with excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills in an international and interdisciplinary environment
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel internationally for up to 25% of working time
