About this Position

We are looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst to join the European Demand Center within Henkel Adhesive Technologies in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will help build the analytics foundation for better decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce by transforming complex commercial, customer, and marketing data into actionable insights that drive measurable business impact. You will play a key role in improving funnel transparency, supporting demand generation activities, and enabling data-driven growth across customer journeys.

What you´ll do
  • Structure and harmonize data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Develop scalable data models, reporting frameworks, and automation processes
  • Analyze customer behavior, lead quality, and funnel performance across B2B and eCommerce customer journeys
  • Generate actionable insights to improve customer targeting, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness
  • Identify funnel drop-off points and support initiatives to improve conversion efficiency
  • Support leadership decision-making through clear, data-driven analysis and reporting
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Channel Management and Customer Experience teams to drive data-based decisions
What makes you a good fit
  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital, commercial, eCommerce, or analytics roles, ideally with experience analysing marketing lead funnels and/or customer journeys
  • Advanced Python and PowerBI skills with strong SQL capabilities and experience with data wrangling and automation, knowledge of PySpark or Databricks is a plus
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English skills, additional languages are a plus
