Cell Manager (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Leads entire plant cell/department
• Strong role-model in safety, quality and ongoing delivery of the high standards
• Owning in process and output measures of the Cell (output KPIs: safety, quality, op.excellence, productivity and cost) (In-process KPIs: qualification level, DMS execution, loss elimination)
• Builds the business: ongoing improvement and projects execution
• Builds the organization: builds and develops the team. Develops the leaders of others in his/her organization
• Implements Lean manufacturing according the Henkel standards (HPS) as a way of work in his/her Cell 
• Strives for ongoing improvement: implementing of the best industry practices, Self and team development

What makes you a good fit

• Master degree in technical field 
• 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of production leadership position 
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Strong practical Lean manufacturing / TPM / IWS skills 
• Fluent language skills in German and English
