Position: FinTech Sales Executive (European Portuguese)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (On-site)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Convert qualified inbound trading leads into active clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders and prospective clients
• Promote the company's financial products and trading services
• Understand client trading objectives and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Retention teams to maximise client satisfaction and revenue growth
• Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience throughout the customer journey.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent European Portuguese, both written and spoken
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Portuguese or EU passport required
• Previous experience in financial services or a high-performance sales environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial mindset with a target-driven approach
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
• Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
