Your Skills

• Strong knowledge in asset management business with the full picture from front to back office
• Strong client reporting and performance knowledge and experience
• Strong report analysis and data analysis knowledge would be a distinct advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Advanced PowerBI and PowerBI Report Builder would be a distinct advantage
• Languages: Business fluent English and German; other languages such as French are a plus
• Focus on details and precise work in day-to-day business
• Excellent communication skills with strong social skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving
• A team-player with the ability to operate effectively and collaboratively with a “speak up” attitude and mindset
• Strong analytical mindset with proven and solid problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze data, identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and reach appropriate conclusions/solutions with strategic thought
• Frankfurt based and office presence majority of the time

Your Tasks

• Overseeing the regular automated client reporting production
• Investigating production issues, approaching stakeholder to resolve issues and re-start report
• Creation of client reports semi-manually
• Communication with important stakeholders such as Distribution, Product Specialists to solve problems
• Contact for the client reporting portal, user management and answering questions/issues around the client portal
