 We are currently looking for a Working Student to support our team.

The Corporate Investment Services department is responsible for the establishment and ongoing management of investment structures across the various fund products of the Universal Group. It supports transactions, serves as the central point of contact for all investment-related matters, and represents the shareholder interests of the Universal Group.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the management of our investment portfolio
• Preparing and maintaining investment data in a database
• Handling inquiries received through the department’s email service mailbox
• Preparing documents for review and signature
• Processing incoming and outgoing department mail
• Researching and compiling information related to corporate administration (e.g., presentations, resolutions, or case summaries)
• Assisting with the structuring and restructuring of real estate and real asset investments

What You Bring

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Law, or a related field
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English and are proficient in common Microsoft Office applications
• Your strengths include strong organizational skills, a goal-oriented and independent work style, attention to detail, and reliability
