JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to develop the customer and channel strategy for the HPC, B&W category and business development over the next years. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

This role is temporary from September 2026 until February 2027 (total of 6 months).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, deploy and monitor the HPC, B&W customer and omni-channel strategy with 3 years Joint Business Planning scope for assigned top accounts.
• Lead, inspire and develop an experienced and diverse Key Account Management Team and get the maximum out of it by over-achieving commercial business targets (top-/bottomline, shares).
• Influence key stakeholders internally/externally to unlock full customer growth potential and get the required support, cross-functionally and in international teams.
• Smart, fast and highly data-based decision making to get resources in place both on customers and on UL-side.
• Internal/external heavyweight stakeholder management by building profound business partnerships based on innovative Thought- & Action-Leadership model.
• Forsee future trends and convert into solid strategies and tactics with a focus on efficient deployment across all types of stakeholders.
• Build, deploy and monitor the annual negotiation process. Use Integrated Business Planning process to unlock your internal/external stakeholder’s interests.
• Step-up and inspire Commercial Team’s as vibrant and agile CBD influencer.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
• University degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing
• Min. 3 years Commercial and CD frontline experience (e.g. Senior Key Account Manager, Senior CSP Manager) in Germany; FMCG preferred
• Min. 2 years Category Strategy & Planning or Brand Building management experience
• H&B Channel experience, including international sales experience
• Profound and certified Category Management skills
• Fluent English and german skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong influencing skills: You know how to secure resources from cross-functional Teams (e.g. Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Category Strategy & Planning, Brand Building, Consumer Market Insights) to identify & drive key initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: You show passion to drive data-based decisions. You are used analyzing and interpreting data (e.g. YouGov) and come up with solutions and ideas rather than indicating only issues.
• Collaboration skills: You know how to envision/engage people on different functions and levels in an international environment.
• Negotiation skills: You take a leading role in preparing, running the annual negotiations. Deal-making killer-instinct indispensable.
• dCommerce: You learn, develop and deploy state-of-the-art knowledge and skills to develop business seamlessly, with clear omni-channel mindset.
