What you can expect from us.

• You will consult with and give advice to Managers and Employees in all People & Organization matters along the Life Cycle, provide expertise and deliver excellent service
• Manage P&O topics as recruitment, personnel development, labor law, talent management, performance management 
• Frequently develop existing HR tools, methods and /or processes as well as new P&O Business approaches corresponding to business needs
• Foster a positive work environment
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion
• Mesure the impact of P&O initiatives
• Collaboration with local works council
• Collaboration with Global P&O department
• Oversight of P&O Audits
