Global GtM Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

to join us at the earliest possible date.

The role

The Global Out-of-Home (OOH) Excellence team is responsible for developing world-class capabilities that enable sustainable growth, operational excellence, and superior customer experiences across all markets. By defining strategic standards, future-fit operating models, technology roadmaps, and governance frameworks, the team drives consistency, scalability, and innovation across the global OOH network. 

The GTM Transformation Manager (d/w/m) is responsible for defining the strategic direction and transformation roadmap for Go-to-Market capabilities across the global Ice Cream business. This role owns the vision, governance, capability development agenda, and continuous improvement strategy for critical GTM processes including distributor management, retail execution, route optimization, order management, delivery planning, warehouse operations, and supporting technologies. 

A key aspect of this role is working directly with markets to understand operational realities and identify improvement opportunities through operational assessments, audits, and capability reviews. 

What you'll be responsible for

Define the long-term GTM capability vision, roadmap, and transformation priorities. 

Own governance and global standards for distributor management, retail execution, route optimization, order collection, delivery planning, and warehouse management. 

Lead large-scale GTM transformation programs across markets. 

Provide strategic oversight of GTM technologies including DMS, retail execution, warehouse and analytics platforms. 

Lead end-to-end market assessments and operational excellence reviews. 

Observe day-to-day operations in markets to identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities. 

Facilitate operational audits, workshops and diagnostic sessions with market teams, consultants etc.

Develop actionable improvement roadmaps and monitor delivery of agreed actions. 

Influence senior stakeholders and align strategic investments and priorities. 

Manage strategic relationships with vendors and external partners. 

We're looking for someone who

Brings significant experience in FMCG, sales operations, customer operations, supply chain, GTM excellence or related fields.

Has a strong track record of leading transformation programs and driving capability development at scale.

Demonstrates deep expertise in route-to-market strategies, distributor management, retail execution and operational excellence.

Has experience conducting operational reviews, diagnostics, audits and capability assessments.

Combines strategic thinking with strong analytical and commercial acumen.

Is comfortable working with technology-enabled solutions and has strong digital and systems understanding.

Influences and collaborates effectively with senior stakeholders across functions, markets and cultures.

Thrives in complex, global environments and can balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.

Is willing to travel internationally on a regular basis (approximately 30%+ of working time) to support market reviews, workshops and transformation initiatives.

Typically brings 8–12 years of relevant professional experience.

Business-fluent English skills are required; proficiency in additional foreign languages is considered an advantage.
