Stellenangebot: Plastic Injection Engineer (m/f/d) bei Diehl Metering GmbH

These are your tasks:

• Develop and improve plastic injection molding processes for new and existing products, collaborating with suppliers and internal production teams.
• Support suppliers and internal stakeholders with technical expertise, driving Design for Manufacturing and production optimization.
• Lead process transfers between suppliers while ensuring quality, capacity, project timelines, and budget requirements.
• Monitor injection molding assets and recommend investments to support efficiency, sustainability, and long-term industrial strategy.
• Conduct external trials, support supplier selection and qualification, and drive continuous improvements across injection molding technologies and equipment.

Who we are looking for:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanics focused on plastic injection molding.
• You are proactive and autonomous with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• You work effectively across functions, demonstrating excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are a team player with strong personal commitment, and a high sense of responsibility, transparency, and confidentiality.
• You are willing to travel abroad on a regular basis and feel comfortable working in a global manufacturing environment. Your profile is rounded out by a very good command of English.
