INABA-FOODS is a Japanese family-owned company with a strong heritage in the pet food industry and a growing presence across Europe. Our European headquarters are based in Düsseldorf, where international teams work together to build and expand our brands and business across European markets. We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant (m/f/d) to support our E-Commerce & Marketing team and become part of our growing European organization.

What you will do

You will get the opportunity to take on real responsibilities and gain practical insights into Digital Commerce and Marketing. Your tasks may include:

• Supporting the team with the management and maintenance of online shops and marketplaces
• Assisting with product content, product listings and catalogue management and uploads
• Supporting the creation and updating of marketing materials and digital content, collaborating internally and with external agencies
• Assisting in the ideation and coordination of online campaigns
• Conducting market, competitor and trend research
• Supporting the team with reports, presentations and data analysis
• Support the maintenance of product information and databases, helping ensure product data, specifications and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
• Contributing your own ideas and helping us improve our digital presence

What you bring

• You are currently studying, ideally Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, Communication or a related field
• You have a genuine interest in marketing, Digital commerce and consumer brands
• You are comfortable working with digital tools and enjoy learning new systems
• You have a structured, reliable and hands-on approach to your work
• You are curious, proactive and not afraid to ask questions or contribute your ideas
• You share our love for Pets and commitment to provide them with the best nutrition
• You have good English skills; German or other languages are a plus
• Working knowledge of design tools (Canvas, Photoshop) as plus but not required
• Previous experience in Digital Commerce or Marketing is helpful, but not required – we value motivation and willingness to learn
