For our team at the Olszyna site, we are looking for a committed personality who will actively accompany recruiting and employee support and develop it together with us.

**Your tasks**

• Recruiting of employees, especially drivers, from the first contact to the successful start

• Support of our employees and drivers in the ongoing employment relationship

• Intensive support of new employees during the onboarding and hypercare phase

• Active contact with employees, even in the event of absences and as part of the return to everyday work

• Contact person for our German and Polish-speaking employees

• Close cooperation and coordination with operations, scheduling and other internal interfaces

• Maintenance and structured tracking of recruiting and employee data

• Active participation in the further development of our recruiting and support processes

• Spoken and written German and Polish, other languages are a plus

• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams

• Hands-on mentality, flexibility and solution-oriented thinking

• Energy, willingness to learn and desire to actively drive things forward

• Mobility and reliable accessibility of our location in Olszyna

• Class B driving licence is an advantage

Your professional or educational background is not decisive for us. Experience in recruiting, employee support, personnel services or logistics is an advantage, but not a must.
