This position is aimed at individuals who combine professional sovereignty with a clear focus on execution:

• You bring substantial industry, sector, or HR experience and consistently build valuable professional relationships.
• You possess a strong affinity for sales and actively drive client acquisition and strategic business development.
• You engage with decision-makers at eye level and persuade your conversation partners without being pushy.
• You demonstrate persistence, patience, and champion true service quality for your clients and candidates.
• You value the autonomy of working efficiently from a home office and are always willing to go the "extra mile" for your clients.
