We are seeking a visionary and commercially minded leader to join the Siemens Advanta Global Leadership Team as Global Head of Operations Automation & Digitalization Consulting (f/m/d) (ADV OA&D). You will lead one of Siemens Advanta's core consulting practices globally, defining strategy, accelerating growth, and driving significant impact for our customers worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Siemens Advanta while helping industrial leaders navigate complex operational and digital transformations.

You’ll make an impact by

• Practice Strategy & Leadership:
  • Defining and executing the global strategy for the OA&D consulting practice.
  • Shaping a portfolio of consulting offerings across manufacturing, operations, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Driving growth, profitability, and market differentiation for the practice.
  • Contributing to Siemens Advanta's overall strategy as part of the Global Leadership Team.
  • Cultivating a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Business Growth & Customer Impact:
  • Building trusted C-suite relationships with industrial customers worldwide.
  • Leading strategic sales pursuits and key customer engagements.
  • Identifying growth opportunities leveraging Siemens' technologies and ecosystem partnerships.

• Portfolio Innovation & Thought Leadership:

  • Ensuring high-quality execution of consulting engagements to deliver tangible business outcomes.
  • Establishing best-practice methodologies, operational standards and governance frameworks across regions.

  • Leading, inspiring and developing a global organization of consulting professionals and domain leaders.

This is how you'll win us over

• Experience & Skills
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in consulting, industrial operations, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or large-scale transformation environments.
  • Proven success in leading international consulting or professional services organizations and emonstrated success leading large, geographically distributed teams.
  • Deep expertise in business growth, organizational transformation, and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Significant understanding of industrial operations, automation, digital transformation, and modern manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0, AI, advanced analytics, digital twins, IoT, operational technology (OT), and enterprise digitalization.
