For our valued partner in the energy industry we are looking for a

Power BI Developer (m/f/d) based in Berlin.

In an international environment, the role focuses on turning complex workforce and project data into reliable, automated reporting and dashboards. Our partner is looking for an experienced Power BI professional who combines strong data modelling skills with a structured, stakeholder-oriented approach to deliver transparency for planning and steering.

your tasks:

• Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., HR systems, time tracking, project schedules, portfolio reporting tools)
• Build and maintain a consistent data model to support capacity, demand and allocation views
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards (capacity, demand, utilization, risks) with drill-downs by project/function/timeframe
• Implement automated data extraction, transformation and refresh processes for repeatable reporting
• Support the creation of the monthly reporting pack and ensure on-time delivery
• Define and run data quality checks (validation rules, completeness monitoring)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and document handover/knowledge transfer

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable field
• 5-10 years of experience in BI, data analytics or systems integration
• Strong skills in SQL, data modelling and building reliable data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (nice to have: Tableau)
• Experience integrating data from Primavera P6, HR systems and/or ERP tools is a strong plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured and detail-oriented working style
