For our valued partner in the energy industry, we are currently looking for an
Data Analyst (m/f/d) based in Berlin.
In this role, you will build and improve data collection and analysis tools, turn raw operational data into actionable insights, and create dashboards and reports that support day-to-day decision-making. You will also strengthen data quality through automated checks and performance scorecards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize reporting processes, and drive continuous improvement.
Your tasks:
- Develop and enhance data collection tools to gather inputs from multiple sources such as databases, spreadsheets, and business systems
- Clean, validate, and structure datasets to ensure reliable reporting and analysis
- Maintain data records and support data governance and documentation standards
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies relevant to operational performance
- Build automated data quality checks and contributor quality control metrics before customer release
- Create and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and performance scorecards using BI tools
- Track and report key performance indicators and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
- Support ad hoc analyses and data requests from different departments
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical methodologies
- Contribute to data standards, templates, and best practices across the organization
Your qualifications:
- Develop data collection tools to consolidate inputs from databases, spreadsheets, and business systems
- Clean, validate, and structure datasets to ensure reliable reporting and analysis
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies impacting operational performance
- Build automated data quality checks and contributor quality control metrics before customer release
- Create and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and performance scorecards using BI tools
- Track KPIs and deliver clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Improve reporting processes, data quality, and analysis methods through continuous improvement
