Tasks
As a "Senior AI Experience Engineer (m/f/d)", you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that redefine user interaction and deliver exceptional value. This pivotal role combines deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning with a profound understanding of user experience principles, especially for conversational AI.
You will leverage your 5-7 years of experience to lead the creation of intuitive and impactful AI applications, from concept to production.

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing innovative AI experiences using Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP techniques.
Developing robust and scalable AI systems with Machine Learning Frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch, ensuring seamless integration via API Development and strong Software Architecture.
Optimizing and deploying AI models on Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) while adhering to MLOps best practices.
Championing User Experience (UX) for AI, focusing on human-centered design principles and crafting engaging Conversational AI interfaces.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams using Agile Methodologies to bring visionary AI products to life.
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to architectural decisions, shaping the future of our AI landscape.

Requirements

• Solid understanding and practical experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).
• Experience with major Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Practical experience with MLOps principles and tools for deploying and managing ML models.
• Ability to design intuitive User Experiences (UX) specifically for AI-driven applications.
• Proven skills in Conversational AI Design.
• Expert-level Python programming skills.
• Experience in API development and seamless integration.
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture principles.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

This position can also be filled on a part-time basis.
