We, the BMW Group, support the development and optimization of global frameworks that shape the collaboration with retailers and importers across all markets of BMW Motorrad. Our team focuses on international dealer network development and retail contract management.
What awaits you?
- You will gain insights into international dealer network development and retail contract management in cooperation with Legal, cross-divisional stakeholders and our Dealer Development team.
- Furthermore, you help shape global guidelines for retail standards, audit processes and dealer bonus systems.
- In addition, you support developing dealer contract templates for different partner types.
- Moreover, you participate in retail process excellence initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and global consistency.
- Additionally, you contribute to creating presentations and communication materials and support in workshops and international meetings.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in business administration, international management, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable field; interest in business law is an advantage.
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Strong interest in data analysis and the use of AI-based tools.
- Structured working style paired with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Enjoyment in dealing with international business partners and an affinity for the motorcycle industry.
- Very good German skills (minimum B1) and fluent English skills (B2); native level English is an advantage.
