What should you bring along?

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable field with a focus on AI or data.
• Initial practical experience of at least 2 years (e.g., through internships, working student positions, or thesis projects) in AI, data platforms, or software development.
• Basic understanding of cloud and platform architectures and an interest in scalable AI and data solutions.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn about data integration, orchestration, and quality, as well as data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Basic understanding of IT security and data protection as well as handling sensitive data.
• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and enthusiasm for innovation.
• Very good German and English language skills.
