• A strong academic background in
  engineering, IT, computer science, or data science
• An
  MBA degree from an accredited institution- 5 to 10 years of relevant professional
  experience; experience in consulting is a plus
• Shown leadership experience, ideally in
  international or cross-functional settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for,
  innovation and driving change
